OR Crocs Size

Looking at buying OR Crocs. Calf size is 17" and boot size is 12.5. Guessing I need a size xl but hoping someone can confirm this. Also should i get the expedition or regular crocs?

I think the exped are sized to fit over pacs, bought a pr of mediums for size 9 Russell boots and were very oversized. Bought the regular crocs to fit over the same boots and smalls were perfect for a 9, son used them on a pr of size 10 Beartooth and worked well. The fabric used for the exped is a much heavier cordura and very noisy in brush, the regulars not quiet but better.
