ON X MAP- Hunt question

I'm planning on buying a etrex 20x with an hunt chip. Does the chip load all the topo maps for that state as well as public/private ground? Does the GPS still track route while on the hunt map? So for $100 I could have all maps and info loaded on my GPS with just one little chip?

maybe take a peek at their smartphone app subscription too... it's pretty affordable and has some really good features you can't get on the chip. Definitely doesn't eliminate the need for a GPS, as you can't download basemaps without service, but it's an awesome alternative!
