I have an old pair of Zeiss 8x30 binos ser# 456860. I would like to know what year they were made and where I can get them cleaned/reconditioned. I called Zeiss and they informed me that they were prewall and they do not have records for this serial # and that they do not recon binos this old. Anyone have idea of when these were made? Where can I get reconditioned? They are nice glass and for most part so well, I would like for focus ring to be easier to turn and just a good recon. Last question are they worth reconditioning? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks
