Old Mexico bison outfitter recommendations

Ok. Gonna get serious about a bison hunt in old Mexico. I see several outfitters run hunts and it looks like they offer some options for what I’m personally looking for which is adventure, a cow bison and a pile of delicious meat.

Anyone got any recommendations? Currently looking at mesquite mountain outfitters but open to suggestions. Looking to book a 2023 hunt.

Interested as to the appeal of going to old Mexico for bison? As opposed to many options in the US and Canada?

1. Something new, so a little adventure
2. I’m only a couple hours from the boarder
3. So far in my research half the price of any free range hunt here in the states. I could do high fence cheaper but all the free range bison hunts that I found here in the states are pretty pricey.
4. No need to draw a tag

Open to stateside options too
