Nxs digillum problem

Recently decided to go back to a 10x max mag optic, rather than my older Leupold I opted for a new nxs 2.5-10x42 scope. It arrived yesterday, got it all mounted and everything is perfect!

I started thumbing through the manual and after replacing the dead battery for the digillum it turned on right away by itself. It won't turn off and takes dozens of depressions to, possibly, adjust the brightness or color. Couldn't even turn it off. Took the battery out and went to bed a bit irritated.

Same experience today after work.

I'll call NF in the morning but was hoping someone here might have had the same experience and could offer a fix. Not liking the idea of sending back my brand new bazillion dollar scope...

When you call them, make sure they send you a label to return it to them. No reason you should have to pay to send it back. Good Luck ! Let us know what they tell you. They are Golden as far as CS is concerned, should be no problem other than aggravation on your part.
