So I purchased my Nikon Laserforce LRF Bino’s 2 years ago at Christmas. I didn’t get to use them too much as I didn’t get drawn last year for hunting so I only fiddled with them a couple times in the back yard. I pulled them out today, and the display was barely visible in the light. I could see that the battery display was full, but I was hoping this was a mistake and maybe the battery was old. Well just my luck it wasn’t. I put new batteries in it and no changes. I could still barely see the display. I made sure that it was at max brightness and everything. I thought long and hard about the Nikon Laserforce vs Vortex Furys. I decided to go with the Nikons and now I am regretting my decision. Odviously Nikon doesn’t cover electronics as there No fault policy unlike Vortex. Has anyone had to send them in to get fixed before? I almost pulled the trigger today on a Nikon FX1000 6-24 today as they are on sale, and I’m pretty glad I didn’t. Does anyone know what it generally costs to get them repaired?

Every single time I have spoken with Nikon about the Laserforce they have stated it has a full lifetime unconditional warranty on everything. They put it in one if their videos as well.

Send it in.
