what ring height do you run for your bolt action rifle? Low, medium ect..? Running a 50 objective on nxs 5-22

just had a talley ring fail on me and am looking to switch

I have two SHV 5-20x56 scopes mounted on rifles built on M700 actions and use NF XTreme Duty rings in Low (.885") with pic rails with 20 moa built into the pic rail. One of these rifles has a Sendero contour barrel and one has a Krieger #6 contour, which is similar wt to a Sendero contour. Both scopes have the Tenebrex caps with plenty of clearance. An M700 clone will fit an atac-r 5-25x56 with a 20° rail and 1" height NF rings.
