Hi everyone! Hope everyones having a great day! Newbie hunter to western hunts. Ky whitetail mostly. Any and all advice is welcomed. Will be heading to colorado next fall.

Also in Kentucky. I went to RRG multiple times and walked stairs a bunch and had no problems with western mountains. Granted I am 24. Try all your gear and try to get weight down as much as you can without losing comfort. I know Exo Mountain Gear has a bunch of resources and a podcast that I listened to before I went to Idaho and continue to listen to.
