Is there a trick to keeping these things on your frame?

Im used to the old style where your straps connect through the hypalon sleeve.

My Stryker is constantly coming off every time I take my pack off and occasionally when I’m ducking/sliding through thick stuff.

Anyone know why they did that? Is it to get a little more lift? I guess a guy could cut a slit in the sleeve and run the frame loop through it. I noticed the same when I switched out my Argali for a newer bag

VAHunter, do you have the tensioner straps on the bottom of the load sling connected to the bottom of the frame? If you want to call into the shop we can help you get sorted out. 303.278.9155

I did not have my tensioner straps on the bottom of the frame like in the picture above, I had them on the attachments above those.

I can see where that might not have had enough tension pulling downward. Moved them down like above, will see what happens Saturday morning.
