New pack help

I’m looking to step into a little higher quality pack and am looking at the MR Cabinet. I was wondering if anyone that has this pack thinks the frame is too bulky for a daypack? I really like the fact that you can use the one frame with different bags. I mostly whitetail hunt in the east and want to use it for a weekend setup for backpacking also.

Any of the framed packs these days from Kifaru MR or exo are light enough that the weight isn’t an issue and the ‘bulk’ is an after thought as most western hunters will be quartering and packing. As a whitetail guy I’m assuming you’re hiking to a stand, there bulk wouldn’t bother me either. That being said I’m switching back to MR right now as their more modern frames have finally impressed me.
