My friends dad is in his 70s and has never hunted all and wants to do a new mexico elk hunt. Any recommendations from an outfitter that they had a good experience with? Thanks in advance.

What is your budget? There are $6K NM elk hunts and there are $15K NM elk hunts, and everything in between.

NM is a pure draw state so no promises you will get a tag. Going to have to find one with landowner tags if you want a sure hunt.
