I posted earlier this week about a Murphy bed and gunroom.

The significant other and I figured out that we have a used 20x40 piece of yard next to our garage that does not grow and is not of an other use.
Has anyone ever one ever used one of those 12x20 sheds as a reloading room and storage area for hunting items ?

I haven't. But its a pretty basic stick framed structure. It could be insulated and drywalled, electrical and plumbing could be put it.
