I have hunted Patapsco Valley State Park in the past - a lot of deer around Baltimore County to be hunted

I am absolutely clueless in regards, but you might check into Ft. Meade, heck I don't even know if it got closed down when they did all that, although I doubt highly that one did. Alot of military bases have a hunting program for people outside of military. May be worth inquiring.
