N570 in 338 RUM

Dont think n570 is a good choice. N565 would be a better choice

I'm going to start at 85 and work up 0.5g on a ladder test. Probably max out 92-94.
On a case that size 0.5 grain increments are a waste of powder, primers and bullets. I'd do 1 full grain increments, 2 shots fired each charge until you reach pressure signs and then back off looking for accuracy. As you work up your powder charge on a big case 1 grain increments are perfectly safe, its not like 90 grains is fine and 90.5 is going to blow up the rifle.

N570 works well in my 338 Norma Improved, but I shoot 300 grain bullets.

Since the advent of 245 & 250 grain bullets for the big 30 caliber cartridges, I see no reason to shoot less than 300 grain bullets in a big 338. The heavy 30 cal bullets have better BC than 338 bullets of the same weight and vey close to even the 300 grain bullets.
