The large frame is adjustable from 18-21 in torso. It adjusts just like the Mystery Ranch Guide light frames torso.

No worries, I was more asking about the physical height of the rigid portion of the pack.

Sorry I figured that out after reading your question again. It has a hard plastic frame sheet that measures 23 inches and then two removable carbon rods on each side that measure the same.
