We needed a couple weekends to find her buck, but we made the most of it. Kylie passed up on several deer before seeing this very unique (weird) buck and deciding to shoot it. Im very proud of her shooting abilities and her abilities to remain calm while watching a nice buck in her scope. She was beyond excited, as her only other buck was a forky.
The buck is crazy. If you found both sides shed in the same spot, touching, you still wouldnt think it was the same buck. One side grows straight up right above the eye socket and the other wraps around weird and has just looks funky. One side would score 170 if doubled and the other 145. The actual score was 158 and some change--Im not a score guy, but I just had to measure it to see what it came out as, because field judging between 3 adults were all over that place, lol.
