Yeah he was. The guys that brought the horse up were like in disbelief at the body size. As I noted, I’m 6’5” and 280 in the pics. The one they took where he’s already been processed and I’m holding the rack up really show it. The rear quarters were just ridiculous as was the chest cavity.

As we approach the one year anniversary of my expedition and I am sitting here in PA with zero NR tags, I thought I'd post up here that I finally got my bull scored a few weeks ago. Grossed 333 and netted 325 for those who are into such things.

I certainly wasn't holding out for some sort of specific score or size, but I'm certainly happy to have gotten an opportunity at this bull and thankful I was able to execute when I had the chance. Good luck to all of you in the west ready to hit the mountain.
