I always see this stuff advertised but decided to look at it actually after you posted their sale percentage.
I'm very familiar with pre-workout. I was a college athlete and workout 5 or 6 times a week. I have a strong interest in nutrition and exercise science just because I find it interesting.
With that said, their blends are junk. Their pre-workout, you have to take 2.5 servings to get 1 adequate serving. For example the recommended serving of creatine is 5g not 2...on their ignite any time a supp company has a prop blend their hiding how little of certain ingredients their actually using. Better value would actually be seen using pre-workout from actual supplement companies.
