MT group application question

I know of course it comes down to the deadline. Some people just can’t plan ahead lol. So here it goes. My two buddies and I put in for MT around a week ago, but now a guy has now decided he wants to join us. Is there a way we can add him to our party? I was hoping to edit and add him in our party. Hope you guys might be able to help with this. Thanks! Sorry for the deadline day questions!
