Mouth reed diaphragm call practice

Good Morning All!



Do you find that mouth reed diaphragm elk calls “wear out” after consistent use? I’m trying to discipline myself to practice for an hour everyday, but I’m concerned about blowing through expensive calls. Just curious your thoughts on this. Do your calls wear out if you use them a lot? What do you practice with? Thanks!
