Mounting scope

I have my new Sako A7 Tecomate. It comes with weaver mounts/bases

I bought a vortex viper pst 4-16x50

What is the best way to mount the scope.

I have seen many people mount with picatinay rails.

I had someone recommend a "one piece" Talley mounts.

What is the best system and how would you mount it.

like the leupold qd[quick detachable] rings . steel and never worry about taking off scope and losing my zero. use it on encore that is broken down to fit in small hoppes case for travel.
