Somewhat of a catch and release. This is the mountainsmith LT tarp in yellow. Absolutely perfect condition. No cuts, tears or holes or repairs.
So this is an ultralight, packable alternative to your typical tent setup. I took this on a 7 day elk hunt in the Utah Uinta wilderness. I discovered I needed just a little more room for 2 people in a tarp. If you are a solo sleeper or Hunter this is a great setup for you. I just slept on my pad on the ground and did fine. It kept the wind and moisture off. In my mind it works way better than a bivy sack. I’m just too big for a bivy I guess. This has enough room to sit up and change clothes in the morning/night. Plenty of room for one man’s gear, just not quite enough for two!
If you added a little flat nylon footprint or tarp it would take care of times when you have a dirt floor. Really up to you.
Asking $90 TYD.
