Have two mountain tactical tikka raptor mounts listed as blemished. Both new. Never used. Purchased them new but never mounted them. They are just sitting on my shelf.
One is 30 mm medium 0 MOA Has a tiny ding in the metal. See pictures.

The other is 1inch medium 0 MOA only some light scratches.
