Looking for tips on cleaning my goat mount just want it to be white again

Is it stained yellowish, or merely dusty?

if it's dusty, you can reverse vacuum it and blow out as much dust as possible, or use a compressor to do the same thing. Then wipe it down with tack cloth. Then blow dry it with a hair dryer on the "cool" setting, to fluff the hair.

If it's stained, you'll have to bleach it or buy a new shoulder cape.
