Hey all,

Like a lot of us, I hunt in gnarly ragged country. Devils club, thorny rose hips, sharp deadfall hell - i enjoy pushing through it. I know nothing is absolutely tear or puncture proof, but do you have recommendations on what has been the most durable and resistant rain pants to the aforementioned conditions?

FL Seak Stormtight vs Kuiu Yukon vs Sitka Stormfront vs Arcteryx Alpha or Beta AR?

Before I drop a ton of $$$ here, I want to make sure i make this best choice.

I also currently wear the Sitka Kodiak jacket.

Thank you much!

I've never babied my Yukons and they have held up well. 2 Alaska trips, a lot of horseback miles, unsticking a tractor for several hours, they have taken everything I have thrown at them in the last 3 years in stride.

They can start to perform worse when super dirty. A trip through the laundry with a bottle of the Nikwash stuff recommended for rain gear and they are good again.

No experience with the others.

I've had really good luck with my nomad hailstorm pants. Very tough, can get them on over boots. Reinforced butt.

Had them for 2 years with good experience. Much cheaper too.
