Member Gman was kind enough to send me a bunch of recipes for the forthcoming Rokslide cookbook. Among them was a recipe for Machaca, which sounded amazing! So tonight I fixed myself a batch using a moose roast, though any type of game meat would work just as well. Easy to make, with ingredients I already had on hand...
