Anyone know of any options for trespass fee ranches in Montana for general resident hunters?
Just sick of the hunting pressure and wolves. Found a lot of elk hunting all but a couple weather days this season. But they just don't want to play the game. Or glass up a nice bull, make the mile and a half cross country approach just to have a wolf pack blow them out.
Or glass up another bull, have the wind right and he just ghosts you.
Obviously not the Primos Ranch probably but some average private sounds glorious. Just a place where walking 10 miles a day might actually produce a couple shot opportunities. Or I won't have to worry about 10 rigs from Wisconsin or Minnesota at the trailhead.
