Commented. Luckily, with the current state of politics in MT, I doubt it's likely that any progress will be made on this front. However, complacency is all it takes to change that. I would love to see the seasons extended.

As an advocate of predator management it is my belief that bear hunting is the low hanging fruit for the enterprising Montana hunter interested in helping ungulate populations. Also, it is fun as hell and I'd be devastated to lose the spring season.
