Montana Outfitter Help

Hi, my father and I both drew for elk rifle in Montana. Looking for a good outfitter to go with that would be a lodge or camp based hunt with no horse back riding. My dad still can get around the woods well, but he doesn't want to get on a horse anymore. Willing to take on a little tough terrain if it means a better chance at a solid bull. Really appreciate any of your best suggestions!

Chances are most are already booked by now for 2021, but if you make enough phone calls you may get lucky. Good luck!

Id be suspicious of anyone who isn't booked for '21 but now might be a good time as some outfits might have recently found out their clients didn't draw tags.

Man.... you should ask before applying. I know a great outfitter but you have to apply for the permit for his area. It’s an unlimited permit so guaranteed but you had to apply by the deadline. Good luck.
