It is dead!!!! A huge thanks to all who called, emailed, and testified that Montana’s public wildlife is not for privatization. Big win!!!!Update: this bill has been tabled and ultimately failed due to a missed deadline.

I've been a longstanding Montana resident. Our new governor owns land right here in bozeman, and pushes to prevent people from using historical easements to public land, essentially creating areas of public land completely surrounded by private land with no access. And now this too, it's just making it harder for us and easier for fat pockets to come on in for a week and make out better than any of us can all season.Have any of you guys watched that show Yellowstone on Amazon?
My wife and I watched 45 minutes of the first episode last night, but that bill makes me feel like there are some landowner families in MT that are similar to the one in the show with the same political influence.
Kind of how I think alot of the scheming in House of Cards actually happens in DC
This is a 2 year old conversation. However, our legislature is back in session and I am certain they will come up with some great ideas...This ain't gonna be good
