Montana Elk 420

I'm a bit curious about HD 420 for elk in Montana. I'm on the border of being able to draw the unit as a N/R, but kind of curious if it is worth applying for. I can see it is a pretty small unit with fairly limited tags, so I assume that it is largely a migration type hunt with weather being pretty helpful to move animals in (I'd assume there's a few "resident" bulls hanging around too). I also was wondering about the road access through there and the hunting pressure. Looks like there are a fair amount of both passenger vehicle and ATV trails.. can anyone confirm that and does it turn into a zoo after the first snowstorm? Can fellers get away from the crowds a bit?
