Montana Drawing with bonus point?

I will be applying for a Montana biggame combo this year with 2 PP's for a general area. I also have 1 elk bonus point on my account. Could I use that, or can I use that, to increase my chances at a draw with 2 pp points. I'm pretty sure 2pp will not be 100% this year and I will not be able to go next year if I'm not drawn this year. I'd hate to lose those points/money if not drawn and I'm not knowleable about the bonus point side to know if it's even applicable to use with pp's...Just wanting to use whatever edge I have for a tag this year..

can't use bonus points with PP. Bonus is for LE & preference is for General

Your bonus point is only useable to apply for a limited entry permit if you draw a general license with your PP's. I would think with 2 PP's and buying an additional PP when you apply, you should draw this year. Good luck.

2 PP's was a 97.5% chance last year...I think you will be fine.

No, your bonus point doesn't help in the BG combo draw.
