Model 70 “Classic” Pre-64 action, HS Stock, heavy barrel. Basically Winchester’s version of the Remington Sendero.
My understanding is that these were Winchester Custom shop builds/limited production run models. Barrel is supposedly a Douglas from some research I did when I bought it (FWIW).
Gun is a shooter, consistently 1/2-3/4 MOA with Hornady Precision Hunter 168 ELDX.
