Hey everyone, I am beginning my search for a Winchester model 70 coyote heavy or heavy varmint they were sometimes called with the wood stock. I always wanted one when I was a kid and after college I finally bought one. Well not long after it was stolen out of my truck. That was years ago and I’d really like to find another but they are hard to come by. I would prefer it in 223 but beggars can’t be choosers so I’d consider 22-250 to 243 if the pickings are slim. I’ll post a picture of what I had but they basically just had a heavier contour barrel and a wider forearm stock. I’ve checked the usual sites like gun broker but they only had one with the synthetic stock. Any leads would be appreciated, thank you!
