I don't see anything different then any other high output light from surefire or fenix. It doesn't even tell you the output? I also find it weird you can get it 75% off...

I did some looking into those and actually found a forum that is all about flashlights and they said they are a rip off.

I'm looking for something small and light but very bright for my girls that they can keep in their purse. Something small and lightweight with an adjustable beam and strobe option for self defense for my girls. The greatest lumens would be nice, especially if the light can be dialed down to lower lumens for longer battery life. What is the highest lumens? 4000?

I gave my cousin a zerbralight MKiii 18650 for christmas and the first thing he did is buy one for all the girls in his family. They can be operated hand held without the headstrap and they are light and as bright as you are going to find. Then of course there are the tried and true surefires.
