Anyone use either? I can them for the same price at a discount to retail. Both seem quite similar in specs but I haven’t tried either yet. Wondering if either is preferred here. Thanks.

We are a very large Meopta dealer, HOWEVER, their tripod is VERY heavy for a carbon fiber tripod. With the exception of Swarovski, I have found that optics company tripods are nothing special. They are optics companies, not tripod companies.
Give us a call. Mention Rokslide. Sirui and Promaster are 20% off through Tuesday for Labor Day and Slik is 10% off

I've got a meopta tripod. For the price, you get a lot with the package. I wouldn't say it's the best for deep Backcountry hunt.

Just picked up my Sirui With VA5 head at the Post Office today from CamerLand. This tripod is awesome. It's a huge upgrade from my 20 year old Manfrotto. I don't have experience with it yet but will say it's built solid, light, compact, smooth running twist locks and the head is incredible.

I wouldn't say it's even an option for a backcountry hunt. When I saw that it was 4lbs I thought that was for the entire kit. When the 11lb package showed up I was a little confused.
