Sold McMillan Game Scout for Tikka T3

This is a brand new stock that hasn't been used. Here is the list of specs I ordered.

Game Scout, Painted Speckletone, black w/gray.
Enhanced Edge Fill w/machined-in pillars, RH, Tikka T3, recoil lug installed.
Inlet for Factory DBM, 300 WSM Hells Canyon Armory Light Hunter carbon barrel, w/1" cyl.
1" Decelerator pad, 13.5" LOP, 4" rail with flush cup, Rear flush cup installed.
The stock weighs just under 32 oz on my scale.

The total cost to build is $788 not counting tax or shipping. I'm asking $650 $550 shipped to the lower 48. I accept PayPal.

how would this fit a tikka t3x stock barrel? Assuming it would be very free floated since it was cut for carbon barrel??
