Standard length of pull is 13.5". When I put the barreled action it, it did not seem overly small. I just went shorter LOP because I wanted it to be shorter for kids/wife.

Yes, factory bottom metal inlet (also fits the Tikka Mtn Tactical and similar bottom metals)
