I know its UK but free shipping is free shipping. I did the conversion and its still a great deal.

Yes, 15% tariff due to Japanese origin. Also, free shipping is only within the UK (not Europe).

Sales are inventory management, this is just Maven saying they don't move product well in the UK.

My understanding is just country of origin. But, it is complicated and if USCBP thinks you are transhipping to avoid tariffs they can add an additional 40% apparently.

So, definitely country of origin, and the rest is beyond me.
