Prefer Illuminated

Looking to spend $1200-$1300 for non-illumated
Or $1400-$1600 for illuminated
Adjust if coming with the rings, levels, caps, etc.
I'm located in Southern Oregon.

I have access to Leupold Veterans Pricing so I can patiently wait for that for much more than prices above, but please let know what you have got!
