Looking for tips on Coastal Roosevelt Elk in November

I know the areas I'm hunting pretty well and have put hundreds of miles into them early season this year alone.

But I've never hunted rifle in early November. I'm hunting the Washington coast and I'm quite certain it will be raining.

Any tips and advice or podcasts on how to find bulls at this time of year?
