Yes its a 7 Back Country problem. I am a rifle builder and Gunsmith in Arizona with a little over 12 years doing it as a business. I have a customer who begged me me to build him a 7 BC and I did. Hindsight being 20/20 I should have turned the job down.
Im looking for someone who has solved the case sticking issues its known to have. At first I treated it like any normal build and put a good crosshatch in the chamber. Every single case stuck after firing. I went a little more aggressive on the crosshatch, no change. I had the customer exchange all the ammo for new from Federal after learning they would exchange for newer coated stuff. They also recommended a polished chamber. Did that and it helped but did not solve it. It now intermittently sticks. Sometimes round 2 sometimes round 5. The chamber has a mirror finish. I can't figure this out and there has to be a solution. Looking for experience that has solved it
