Good evening, I’m strongly considering picking up a 16” Sig Cross in .308 Win. I’m looking for anybody’s accuracy reports specifically with 168 grain Gold Medal Sierra MatchKing. I’m not going to dispute that there’s better ammo out there or user error is an accuracy factor. I’m just looking for some real life 100 yard group size with off the shelf rifles. I’ve read a number of articles on this topic, and seem to be sub moa, but I also know manufacturers will give their T&E rifles a little extra attention before shipping out for review. I appreciate anybody’s input.

Can’t say anything specific to the factory 168 grain but my buddy has one and it’s shot just about everything great. That 308 doesn’t seem to be overly picky between handloads and factory ammo. I’ve seen him print sub MOA groups.

I shot 5 rounds of it and left the range. Never really shot it again as it was rather slow as far as velocity goes. Obviously this is probably best case scenario, and I would be it would be MOA.
