WTB Looking for a piece of elk antler to makes scales for a knife for 10 year old grandson

Looking for a piece of elk antler 6” long and 1.5” wide. I’d prefer something that is relatively flat. I have completed the blade and am hoping to finish it for his birthday. My grandson is a natural Borneo outdoorsman and wanted a handmade knife for his birthday . I gave him a choice of all the wood I had, but naturally he wanted horn. Let me know what you have and what you want for it. I have antlers from elk I’ve taken, but I hate to cut chunks off a perfectly good rack. Thanks in advance.

I have some elk antlers I'm cutting up for dog chews. I'll take a look at the racks and see if I have any flat pieces in the dimensions you are describing.

If Cstangle cannot help out try your local pet store, I have seen elk dog chews there at our local pet supply stores.
