WTB Lookin For A Bolt Action Varmint Rifle

Looking for a varmint rifle, 22-250, 243, 6ARC, maybe 6 Creed but has to be something I can buy off the shelf ammo for. Has to be threaded and ~18” barrel. Carbon fiber barrel is bonus points. Would entertain a barreled action as well. $1200-$2400 range. I’d like to steer clear of basic rifles like Savages, Rugers, etc. Something “custom” would catch my attention.
