It was absolutely created Rand Paul has been all over that. I’ve got documents dating back to 2010 where they lay out plans for lockdowns: travel restrictions, closing businesses, mask, supply chain issues and the most telling of all…something thats never been done before quarantining people that aren’t sick and haven’t even been exposed to someone that was sick. We all need our collective asses kicked for allowing these evil bastards to divide everyone up whether it be essential/non essential workers, bankrupting millions of people, fining people for trying to fed their families.
