Long shot but here goes! Need a second locking tag!

Anyone coming up from Fairbanks hunting the Haul road and can grab a locking tag from Sportsman’s warehouse? Wasn’t expecting to fill my 1st tag so soon. I’m here 8 more days? Thanks!

Not a cop... but asking the question so someone doesn't get themselves in trouble. Are locking tags transferable/if so interested in the process? My locking tag number was listed on my license so I was under the assumption it was tied to my license.
