Locked Stealthcam Security Code

So, interesting problem. I had a trespasser open up one of my Stealthcam DS4Ks and change the security code on it so that I can no longer access the camera. Never thought of having to put in a security code in order to prevent someone from locking the camera. Anyway, before I try and call Stealthcam and wait on the phone, curious if it is even possible to get them to help unlock the camera? I have a feeling I'm out of luck, which is a real bummer.

They will help you unlock it. When you are on the phone selecting an "option" I recommend selecting the option for cellular cameras..... the other options never resulted in a human for me.
