Any thoughts on a good set of 1" scope rings for a picatinny rail? Right now I have in hand some Buckmasters Sig Sauer rings that weight about 4 oz but I wish they were lighter. I also have some Vortex Hunter rings that weigh about 3 oz but they only have two screws (one each side) per ring. . maybe these are good enough? How picky should I be? I also have some Monstrum Precision rings with the level on it from Amazon on its way.

This isn’t quite what you asked for, but a long-range rifle competitor friend of mine recommended Ziess precision rings, and I love them. Very good build quality, noticeably better than other rings I’ve had before.

I’m confused. Your title says you are asking for lightweight one piece rings and then your post says you want pic rings. Which is it?

Ive used vortex pro-series 1” rings and had good luck. They have double screw-down, double base clamps, and are fairly light.
