Light primer strike

Shot some reloads today, after about 22 rounds I had light primer strike and no ignition. First time that's happened in about 600 rounds with this rifle. Ruger american 308.

The back story is I did remove my firing pin and the spring decompressed. It was a pain to reset and im afraid I've damaged something. Kind of a rookie move. Anyway, would seem like a big coincidence if these events are unrelated, but I guess it's possible. I read that ruger Americans can give light strikes if the bolt is not fully closed. I did have my rifle up close in a bench sandbag so I guess it could have lifted the bolt handle up a bit. Or, maybe I didn't seat my primer well enough it moved forward when the firing pin struck. I ran the bullet again and it was fine, and was able to shoot the rest of the ammo, another 3 bullets, without issue.

Any ideas? Time to call in a professional gunsmith? Or shoot some more and see what happens? Tempted to get a new spring and firing pin.
